A new site, slideshare.net, allows people to upload their presentations in the same way YouTube allows video sharing. A quick glance at what's already up there gives hope: the quality of presentations seems far superior to the average PowerPoint presentation. Slideshare is still in beta, so you'll have to request a password. They seem to be giving these out freely, however; I got mine in about six hours.
