Choosing a good chart - an experiment

Okay, let's give this a try. Zach suggested that we open up the chart suggestions framework to allow people to add new chart types to it (or new logic, for that matter).

What I have done, as a !very preliminary! first attempt is to translate the framework logic into a bulleting board. This way anyone can post new charts, or add new logic, or add questions. You can find it here.
